At Young Aspiring Minds we're dedicated to providing a professional, efficient and successful service for you and your child. We're members of the Tutors' Association, and are committed to upholding the highest standards of learning, professionalism and ethics in everything we do. To use our service, and to ensure you consistently get the best results, here are a few things which need to be agreed. 

Fees: Teaching sessions are charged at an hourly rate. Fees are payable within 24 hours of the lesson being provided. Late payment of fees will incur a 20% surcharge.
The lesson fee covers the following: teaching for the duration of the lesson, planning of the lesson, learning feedback, the provision of relevant homework and marking.

Cancellations and Non-Attendance: A minimum of 48 hours notice is needed for non-attendance, otherwise the full lesson fee will be liable. A non-attendance pack may be provided to the student, which will include the material and resources that were used during the lesson. 

Termination of lessons: Lessons will continue until a mutually agreed termination date. Both the Teacher and the Parent have the right to terminate tuition should it no longer be considered beneficial. We request notice of 2 weeks prior to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability: Most students make significant progress and are successful in attaining the desired targets under YAMS tutelage. Every endeavour is made to ensure each student surpases expectation and attains their desired target, however this cannot be guaranteed.
